Reserve Parking at Yale

Location of pre-conference training
Although you are considered to be in training the whole week, the actual training period is from Sun 6/10 to Wed 6/13. During this time you will go to a local agency in New Haven called MAAS (http://www.ctlbhs.org/casa.html). MAAS is located at 426 East St., New Haven, CT 06511. It is approximately 1.5 miles from Yale and 2 miles from the Marriott. We will do our best to set up carpooling for out of town trainees without vehicles. You can also use public transportation (takes about 20 minutes) or walking (25-30 minutes).

On Thursday 6/14 you will be on the Yale Campus for the Director's and Administrator's workshop in Davies Hall.

Location of conference activities
The Thursday opening reception will take place at Rosenfeld Hall, in the President's Room. Rosenfeld Hall is at 109 Grove St. All conference plenaries and Friday morning registration is in Davies Hall, 15 Prospect St. The Director's and Administrator's workshop is also taking place at Davies Hall. Registered Trainer's Day will be at Leet Oliver Memorial Hall (LOM) in Room 214. LOM is on 12 Hillhouse Ave, directly behind Davies Hall. LOM will also provide space for breakout sessions during the 2-day conference. Reference the map of Yale campus (link above) to locate these different buildings. They are all within a 2-3 minute walk frome each other.

Conference Accommodations

• Courtyard by Marriott at Yale
  30 Whalley Ave, New Haven, CT - across the street from the Yale campus.
  Rate: $119/night+tax. Rate available for up to 4 people per room. Cut-off date for room discount: 5/14/2012. Call to make a reservation: (203) 777-6221. Parking at hotel: $15/night.
   
• Yale University Dorms: Silliman
  505 College St., New Haven, CT (easiest entrance from Grove St.)
  $60/night for a single room OR $40/night for a bed in a double (2 single beds) plus a one-time fee of $10 for bedding (sheets, pillow case and towel - optional). All rooms are grouped in suites. 2-4 rooms with common area per suite. Shared bathroom and showers. – yes, folks, you’re staying in a dorm!
  
  Contact the NADA office by 5/14/2012 to reserve a room: (888) 765-6232. $50 fee to make adjustments to the reservation (adding or removing room nights). Dorm room registration is not available online.
